Having always wanted to be a dog trainer but unsure of
the right path, the Barking Buds Training Mentorship program has given me the
ability to do so with both practical and theoretical learning that fits in with
my day-to-day life. The course has allowed me to gain confidence in my skills
through the volunteer hours, observations of other trainers and the practical
experience during the monthly sessions. My goal is to continue progressing
with my training, develop my understanding of dog behaviour further, and become
a positive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dog trainer.

I always had a passion to work with dogs but was not sure what path to take. That
is when I found Barking Buds Training Mentorship programme. The training
program has helped me to build my confidence and knowledge when dog training.
It has also give me the ability to teach a class or help someone out with dog
training with knowledge and skills that I have learned on the programme.
Without is programme I wouldn’t have found my new passion and a possibility of
being a career option for me .
